Rachele Wiggins is an Australian Sydney-based writer, director, and producer specialising in genre film and television. She founded production company SILENT ASSASSIN FILMS in 2019, producing with Deadhouse Films the Shudder Original series DEADHOUSE DARK, that premiered at CANNESERIES (2021). Her credits include SCARE PACKAGE II, BEAST NO MORE and award-winning short film SLICE OF LIFE, which won best Sci-Fi at the Oscar accredited LA Shorts Festival, screened at Sitges and has had over 1 million views worldwide. Her upcoming projects include CRASHOUT (starring Catherine Laga'aia), THE SKY BELOW and short film THE AUDITION, funded by ScreenNSW’s Shorts to Feature fast track initiative for her feature project METHOD TO MADNESS, previously funded by both ScreenNSW and Screen Australia. Rachele is currently in preparation to direct CRADLE, written by Duncan Samarasinghe (Wolf Creek: Legacy) with Paper Street Pictures producers Cameron Burns and Aaron B. Koontz (Revival, Shelby Oaks, Scare Package).
